Instructor Help Desk

The Instructor Help Desk is available to assist faculty with Blackboard questions. It is maintained by Instructional Technology Services staff who are expert in the use of Blackboard. You can contact the Help Desk via email or phone.

Email assistance is best when the question or problem is not urgent, or when you want to take the time to explain something in detail. We'll do our best to respond on the same day to all email received before 3:00pm.
