Use This Form To...
Schedule playback of programs through the campus Closed-Circuit Television System.

To reserve media for pickup at the Distribution Counter (AH-1129) use the Media Reservation Form. IVC Faculty should use the IVC Media Reservation Form to reserve media.

More Information

  • Classroom control instructions are available.
  • Remote controls are available for most TV sets and may be obtained from your department office or the Distribution Counter (AH-1129).
  • Programs provided by faculty for use on the CCTV System are subject to the ITS CCTV Use Policy.

CCTV Playback Request Form

Instructions:

  • Access the ITS online Media Catalog to obtain program information such as catalog number, program length, format, and availability.
  • Decide whether you want to use Classroom Control or Exact Time playback. Classroom Control allows you to control program via classroom telephone, but is not available for 16MM and Beta tape formats. Exact Time automatically starts a program at specified time, but there are no control options.
  • You must submit a separate form for each date you wish to schedule.

Type of Playback and Start Time:

Requests for playbacks must be received by CCTV Scheduling no later than 1:00 p.m. one business day prior to playback date. This is a REQUIRED time limit in order for the scheduling computer to compile all necessary information and generate a working log for the CCTV Technicians.

You must choose either Classroom Control or Exact Time and enter appropriate scheduling information.

Classroom Control (Not available for 16MM and Beta formats.)
