Key Issue, Training and Assistant Contacts
Access to SDSU smart classroom equipment requires a 101A key. Instructors are required to be trained in the use of smart classroom equipment prior to being issued a key.
The key issue office issues 101A keys only to holders of ITS-authorized key issue cards. The cards may be distributed by ITS personnel at smart classroom workshops conducted by ITS at the beginning of each semester. Technology support personnel in each college are also able to train instructors on the use of smart classroom equipment and provide ITS-authorized key issue cards.
College-designated key issue personnel include:
| College | Contact | Phone | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Arts & Letters | Alan Tan | 4-5845 | |
| Business Admin | John Owens | 4-3025 | |
| Education | Amy Dalton | 4-6091 | |
