How do I get started? – ITS offers online as well as face-to-face training on Blackboard. You can also download the Blackboard Quickstart Guide or visit the Faculty Instructional Technology Center, Adams Humanities 1109, to obtain face-to-face training.
How do I log in? – Use your Red ID and SDSU Webportal password to access Blackboard.
How do I get a Webportal password? – Contact your department coordinator or the Office of the Registrar to obtain a temporary Webportal password, then use it to create a permanent Webportal password. Your permanent password is automatically sent to Blackboard within a few hours.
