3-D Photography

QuickTime VR software for Macintosh and Windows brings virtual reality to your desktop without any special equipment. Use it to experience a 3D photographic or rendered representation of any person, place or thing. Use your mouse and keyboard to rotate objects, zoom in or out of a scene, look around 360 degrees, and navigate from one scene to another.

Any QuickTime VR scene or object can be viewed by itself or it can exist inside another interface. If you have a QTVR scene as part of a project, you can create an interface that will display text, graphics, QuickTime movies, or other QuickTime VR scenes upon entering a scene or clicking on a portion of the scene.

To view the VR scene, click and hold your mouse button down inside the scene. While holding the mouse button down, move your mouse left, right, up or down. When your cursor changes to an arrow, you can click to move to another scene. To zoom in, hold down the Option key on Macintosh or the Shift key on Windows. To zoom out, hold down the Control key. If you would like additional help, take a look at the QuickTime VR User Guide.
