The Faculty and Staff Computer Help Lines are for faculty and staff to call while working in their offices or from home. Callers may leave a message at other times and one of the consultants will return the call as soon as possible. The consultants are able to provide assistance in a variety of software applications on the Macintosh and Windows platforms.
