If you are having problems with the audio/video stream, please try one or more of the following:
- Download and install the latest version of QuickTime Player. Even if you think you have the latest version, try downloading and reinstalling the player and plug-in on your computer. You will also need to specify what type of internet connection you have. It is essential that you install the plug-ins, as they are needed to watch via a web browser.
- Go to the QuickTime Troubleshooting Page.
- Click the refresh or reload button on your browser (while on the previous page).
