Summary
Boun Moua is the Learning Environments Manager of Instructional Technology Services at San Diego State University, where he coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Learning Environments team. Boun has over 10 years of experience in providing academic technology in higher education. He has been an integral part of the Learning Environments team since starting as a student assistant in 2007. He served as a Student Assistant for 5 years (2007-2012), and then became a full-time staff member after graduating from SDSU with a degree in Criminal Justice. Boun is now working to finalize his Master of Education degree in Learning, Design and Technology. Boun has been one of the lead engineers involved in all aspects of classroom design, installation, and maintenance in addition to supervising the ITS student assistant pool of about 40 students.
