How did you hear about ITS? Through a friend.

Tell us about a notable instance when you gave or received help: One notable experience where I gave help to a customer was at my previous job in retail. A woman came in to the store looking for a Christmas gift for her grandson. Together over the course of a half hour we went all over the store searching for the perfect gift. Finally, we found a nice sweatshirt that we both thought would work great. A couple of months later, the woman returned searching for a birthday gift, she also eagerly showed me the photos of her grandson smiling, wearing the sweatshirt we picked out for him for Christmas.
