Instructional Technology Services (ITS) has begun its transition to a new help desk ticketing system called ServiceNow. ServiceNow is the IT Service Management tool currently used by multiple IT groups across SDSU for submitting, reassigning and tracking IT support tickets. During Winter Break 2020, faculty and staff were informed they can submit support tickets to ITS online via ServiceNow. Instructions were linked on our support page: https://its.sdsu.edu/support/. Emails now sent to ITS support addresses will auto-reply asking faculty and staff to submit the incident via ServiceNow. Beginning March 2nd, 2020 ITS will no longer receive emails sent to ITS support addresses.
