Hi, my name is Olivia and I am a second year here at SDSU. I am originally from Santa Rosa, CA. I am a Biology major with a Public Health minor, and I enjoy playing volleyball in my free time.
Hi! My name is Julia Contractor. I am from Simi Valley, CA and I am currently in my second year studying Aerospace Engineering. This is my second semester as an SI Leader for Math 151. I became an SI Leader because I really enjoy making math fun and helping students grasp difficult concepts in a new way! A fun fact about my self is that I am not actually a contractor, nor do I come from a long line of contractors! Go Aztecs!
My name is Diego Draguicevich, and I am a second year Mechanical Engineering Student at SDSU. I was born in San Diego, and this will be my second semester as a SI Leader for MATH 151 (Calculus 2). I chose to take this position because I had a pretty rough time in Calc 2. While I ended up doing well in the class, I know many others had a more difficult time. I want to make sure everyone who may struggle in this class has help when they need it. In my spare time I enjoy teaching chess and hope to apply some of those skills to my sessions. I hope to see you in an SI Session this semester!
My name is Justin Femino. I grew up in Ripon, California which is about 9 hours north of San Diego. I am a Sophmore here at San Diego State University, studying for my degree in Aerospace Engineering. This is my first semester as an SI Leader. I wanted to join SI so I can make a difference here on campus.
I’m from Aliso Viejo, California. I am currently a sophomore at State majoring in Math and minoring in Child and Family Development. This is my second semester as an SI Leader. I became an SI Leader because I love math. Some of my favorite hobbies include surfing, snowboarding, wakeboarding, and wakesurfing.
Hi! I’m Samantha Quiroz, but most people call me Sami. I was born and raised in Escondido, California, and I am a second year Computer Science major. This will be my second semester being an SI Leader, and I am super excited to continue helping other students learn and enjoy a subject that I love. Calculus 2 was a difficult course for me, but with lots and LOTS of practice, I was able to grasp the difficult concepts, and I want to help others do the same. My goal is to help you all succeed in a difficult class, and maybe even enjoy it! When I am not busy with school, I am usually hanging out with friends, trying new coffee shops, watching the Chargers play, and going on late night ice cream runs with my roommates. I can’t wait to meet y’all!
