A hobby of mine is traveling. What I love most about it is I get to explore new places and experience different cultures. With every country I travel to my love for adventure grows more and more. I especially enjoy the memories created with my family and friends from my many adventures.

My name is Veronica Montemayor and I am from Irvine, California! I am a sophomore majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing. I became an SI Leader because it is a great opportunity to help students excel in this rigorous subject. SI is amazing because Leaders are not purely tutoring students and giving them straight answers, but redirecting them to find answers on their own. It is proven that this program significantly changes students’ grades and I would love to grow it even more. I am passionate about helping peers succeed in any way possible, and becoming an SI Leader will make me go beyond my comfort zone. During my spare time I love going to the beach, finding new food places, attend concerts, and take naps!
