Submit a Support Ticket
You may submit an incident via ServiceNow for any ITS related support.
1. Log into https://sdsu.service-now.com/ using your SDSUid.
2. Click on SDSU Help Desks in the Self Service homepage.
3. Select Create Incident (<your College/Department> Help Desk).
4. Select Instructional Support (ITS) as the Category, and complete the remaining fields with as much detail as possible. Please include the classroom building and room number if you are experiencing an issue in a specific room.
5. Click Submit.
