Team via ServiceNow
1. Log into https://servicenow.sdsu.edu/ using your SDSUid.
2. Click on SDSU Help Desks in the Self Service homepage.
3. Select Create Incident (<your College/Department> Help Desk).
4. Select Instructional Support (ITS) as the Category, and complete the remaining fields with as much detail as possible. Please include the classroom building and room number if you are experiencing an issue in a specific room.
5. Click Submit.

The Virtual Faculty Instructional Technology (FIT) Center will be available M-TH from 8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The Virtual FIT Center is available via Zoom at sdsu.zoom.us/my/sdsuits or from the app by entering SDSUITS into “meeting id or personal link name”.
