Voicemail
Voicemail messages can be up to 5 minutes in length. You can also change your
settings to disable voicemail during your business or closed hours; and customize
your voicemail greeting. There is currently no storage limit for voicemails. Note:
Voicemails are synced between the Zoom desktop client and mobile app. This
includes the notification icon. For example, if you play a new voicemail message in
the desktop client, it will also remove the notification icon on the mobile app.
1. Click the Phone button.
2. Click the Voicemail tab. Note, in this example there is one unheard message.
3. Hover over the name and number. Note, the Call and Play icons appear.
4. Press the Phone button to return the call.
5. Press the arrow button to listen to the message. Note, a new window appears.
6. The caller’s message plays. Zoom will automatically transcribe the message.
7. Hover over the three dots ... to delete the voicemail message or all messages.
