Supported Software
Instructional Technology Services supports the following campus approved software. For assistance, please visit our support page.

are provided by external vendors).
Software in General Assignment Classrooms
General assignment classrooms contain built-in PC and Mac computers installed with the following standard software:
- Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Google Chrome
- iClicker Cloud
- Microsoft Office
- Microsoft Edge (PC)
- Mozilla Firefox
- Safari (Mac)
- SPSS
- VLC Media Player
- Zoom
Additional campus supported software is available upon request via ServiceNow. If you require additional software that is not campus supported, we are unable to install these on SDSU stated-owned devices based on our IT Security Office guidelines.
As an alternative solution, it is recommended to bring your own laptop with the installed third party software and use the provided display connector in the classroom. If you need assistance installing this software on your device, please reach out to your department’s IT personnel.
