How did you hear about ITS? I found out about ITS through Handshake.

Tell us about a notable instance when you gave or received help: When I used to work at the company Discover Echo there was a situation where one of our salesperson was having difficulty using the program. I was able to help resolve his issue and teach them how to use the program more efficiently.

Is there something specific you’d like to learn more about working at ITS? I wanted to work at ITS to gain more working experience and more hands on experience in using different types of technology and improving my customer service abilities.
