Initially employed as a student assistant at ITS, they acquired valuable experience and expertise by assisting with the my.SDSU project during its transition phase. Recently, Shweta transitioned into a full-time position as a Faculty Support Specialist with ITS, where their commitment, technical proficiency, and problem-solving skills will be highly beneficial to the team.In their role as a Faculty Support Specialist, Shweta will provide tier 1 and 2 support to faculty and staff in both areas while contributing to day-to-day operations.
