How did you hear about ITS? Through someone I know that works in ITS. 

Tell us about a notable instance when you gave or received help: Last semester before my math final I felt like I had a good understanding of the course. My friends in the class needed extra help so the week before the final I spent going over and reviewing concepts to make sure everyone was prepared going into it.

Is there something specific you’d like to learn more about working at ITS? I want to expand on my communication and customer service skills.
